Irishad Ally, the Founder & Chairman of Sell Smart (Pvt) Ltd. is a renowned banker and a business person with more than 25 years of experience within the banking and financial services industry. He is also the Managing Director & Partner of Arinma Holdings Group, which has companies operating in diverse
business sectors.
He has held several leadership positions in both local and international banks, including the role of Deputy General Manager - Retail & SME Banking at Pan Asia Banking Corporation PLC, Chief Manager - Retail Banking at Nations Trust Bank PLC, and Sales Manager at HSBC Sri Lanka.
Irishad has been instrumental in introducing the model of procuring bank credit card applications through a third party sales agency and the role of Business Development Officers (BDO) to the industry along with implementing and developing a high performing sales culture across the leading banks since 1996.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK and the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka.
